By Design is a program of The 3Fifty Group, based in Virginia, United States. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and the cohort waitlist.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, and email address, along with the time of your signup. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect the website. To limit repeated requests, we store a keyed hash of an IP address or network group with a temporary request counter. These security counters do not contain raw IP addresses, names, or email addresses. Limits last up to one hour, and expired counters are periodically cleared.
How we use your information
We use waitlist details only to email you when cohort registration opens, plus a few short notes while it's open. We do not use the waitlist for other marketing, sell it, or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in the program or reserve a place.
Access and service providers
Access to waitlist details within our business is limited to staff of The 3Fifty Group. Replit hosts this website and existing website signup records. Airtable stores new waitlist signups, email permission, cohort preferences, and signup source. Kit is our email provider for registration reminders and processes the information needed to send those emails on our behalf. These providers handle information under their own service and privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
When your program begins, you are moved from the waitlist if you've registered. Our staff manages waitlist status in Airtable. You can use the preference link in a cohort email to skip that cohort, request notification about a future cohort, or stop all By Design emails. Unsubscribing stops emails; it does not automatically erase signup records. You can email hello@the3fiftygroup.com to request removal from the waitlist, deletion of website signup records, or correction of your details, including before any emails are sent. Service providers may retain backup copies or operational records under their own retention practices.
Website storage and other sites
The website itself does not use advertising trackers or add analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process technical information to operate their services. We load website fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical information from your browser when those fonts are requested. Links to social networks, email services, or an enrollment platform take you to services with their own privacy policies. This policy covers this website and its waitlist, not those other services.
